These terms cover what you get when you buy World Vehicles and what you agree to by running it. Last updated 13 September 2026. The seller is Appi; payments are taken by Tebex Limited as merchant of record.

What you are buying
A licence to run the software, not the software itself and not its source. The licence is non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited to one game server at a time.
The core system is one purchase. Each car module and the radio are sold separately. What a purchase contains is listed on the package at checkout, and that list is what you are buying.
One server at a time
A licence binds itself to the public IP address of the first server that validates it. From then on it only works from that address.
Moving to another host is yours to do: sign in to your account and set the new address, once every twelve hours. That is enough for a hosting change or a rebuild and not enough to rotate one key around several servers at once. Private and reserved ranges are rejected.
Running one licence on two servers at the same time does not work by design.
The licence check
The resource verifies its licence with our API when it starts, and may re-check while it runs. The request carries the key and a random one time value, nothing else. No player data ever leaves your server.
This is disclosed so nobody is surprised: the software needs to reach the internet to start. A server with no outbound access will not run it. A licence that is revoked stops working the next time the resource starts.
What you may not do
- Resell, sublicense, rent, lend or give away the software or your key.
- Publish the files, in whole or in part, anywhere, including private archives shared with others.
- Decompile, deobfuscate or reverse engineer the assemblies, except where your local law grants a right that cannot be waived by contract.
- Remove, disable or work around the licence check.
- Claim authorship of the models, code or assets.
You may edit vehicle.json and handling values, write your own scripts against the API, and adapt the resource to your server. Doing so does not transfer any rights and is not covered by support.
Your server, your responsibility
You are responsible for what runs on your server and for how your players behave. If you add your own cars, you are responsible for holding the rights to those models and textures. We do not check what you install.
Updates are free
Every update to a module you own is included in what you already paid. Bug fixes, new features, performance work, a rebuild for a new Cfx runtime: you get all of it, for as long as that module is sold, and you never pay a second time. Updates arrive through your account against the same key.
Two honest limits on that.
A new product is a new product. Another car, or a separate add-on such as the radio, is its own purchase. Updates to what you own are free; things we have not built yet are not.
Nothing forces us to keep building. Updates are released when they are ready. There is no promised schedule and no promised feature: the roadmap says what is planned, not what is owed. If a module is ever retired, the last version you hold keeps working under the same licence.
Support runs through our Discord and is free as well. We answer within 72 hours, which is the same commitment we owe Tebex for anything they send our way. It covers the software working as described. It does not cover your own scripts, your other resources, your hosting, or conflicts with third party mods.
When a licence is revoked
We will revoke a licence for a chargeback or a reversed payment, for sharing or reselling a key, for distributing the files, or for tampering with the licence check.
A revoked key fails its next check. Nothing else on your server is touched.
Sold as it is
It is worth saying plainly what this software is. World Vehicles is a car physics system written for a game that has no cars. It solves wheel contact, drive torque, gearing, damage and sound every frame, on a platform never designed for any of it, next to whatever else your server happens to run. That is a large and moving surface.
So: the software is sold as it is, with the features listed on the store page and in the documentation at the moment you buy. We do not guarantee continuous or error-free operation, that it suits a particular idea you have for your server, or that it gets along with every framework, resource or custom script you install. Tebex say the same of their own checkout, in the same words, and for the same reason.
What we do promise is the part we control. If a defect is ours and we can reproduce it, we fix it, and the fix reaches you at no cost. If the software does not do what the store page says and we cannot make it work on a supported setup, you get your money back. That is set out on the refunds page.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising from the software or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for lost players, lost revenue, server downtime or data loss.
Some rights cannot be signed away, and this page does not try. If you buy as a consumer in the EU, the UK or anywhere with comparable law, the protections that law gives you stay in force whatever is written here, and nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
Not affiliated
World Vehicles is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or associated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or the Cfx.re project. Red Dead Redemption and Grand Theft Auto are trademarks of their respective owners. Buying a module licenses the software for one server and transfers no ownership of it.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms for future purchases. The version in force for your purchase is the one published when you bought. Material changes are announced in our Discord.
Two documents, not one
It is worth being precise about who you have an agreement with, because there are two.
The sale is a contract between you and Tebex Limited, who act as merchant of record. They take the payment, issue the invoice, own the refund decision and handle any payment dispute. That contract is governed by English law and their terms apply to it. Nothing on this page overrides them.
The licence, which is everything else on this page, is between you and us. It says what you may do with the software once you have it. Where the two documents cover the same ground, such as refunds and withdrawal, ours says the same thing as theirs on purpose. A purchase is final, with the two exceptions set out on the refund page: software that does not do what it was sold as, and whatever right your own law gives you.
The licence is governed by the law of the seller's place of business, and the courts there have jurisdiction. Consumer protections in your own country of residence still apply where the law says they do.
