Sound for the drive
Period music that actually belongs in the year the cars do. Installs as its own Lua resource after the core and never touches it.
In-car radio
Five stations on a shared server clock, so a player joining halfway through a song hears the same second as everyone else. Around eighty recordings per station, every one of them cut before 1925.
Coming soon
- Five stations, about 80 tracks each
- Every recording predates 1925
- No xSound, no third-party audio resource
- Its own Lua resource, started after the core
What you get
- Server-owned queue and track position per vehicle
- HRTF panned Web Audio, separate cabin and outside gain
- Up to eight audible cars at once, your own first
- Compact HUD that hides itself after 2.5 seconds
- Passengers can change station by default, not just admins
- Route buckets isolated, server validates every request
- Lua API for client and server, JSON replies
- Late joiners drop straight into the current second
Four cars
Each car is a standalone module with its own model, collision bounds and complete profile. All four of them are free. Nothing a model lacks was invented for it.
